Communication
We believe that providing the proper management to an Association centers around communication.  The systems and personnel of United are geared towards increasing communication between the three interrelated community groups (residents, the board, and management).
 
Our managers play a key role in building a sense of community and positively affecting members’ perceptions of their association through consistent communications and management of quality events.  Two major tools of communication are:
 
  1. Association Web Sites (Online Services): To help increase community involvement and volunteer effort, our managers focus on a comprehensive communications program to educate members and provide them with a better understanding of association life. Through printed association newsletters to leading Online Services that provide members with convenience and accessibility to association information and activities, we offer a complete and unparalleled solution for our clients.
  2. Monthly Management Report provided to each board member at least two days prior to each board meeting contains detailed information broken down into the following categories of every month to produce a recognizable, page numbered format including a table of contents:
    1. Administrative Report
    2. Financial Report
    3. Incoming Correspondence
    4. Outgoing Correspondence
    5. Bids for Services
    6. Physical property inspection checklist
    7. CCR and Violation Report
    8. Service Request Report (open and closed)
    9. Work Order Report (open and closed)
