Community Associations Institute (CAI)

CAI is a 16,000 member organization formed to promote the education and goals of community associations and their managers. Only about 150 management companies nationwide have received this designation.

CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations)	National Board for Certification of Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM)	Not all states, as does Florida, require community managers to be licensed.  These continuing educational courses teach how to be an effective community manager, not just testing on state statutes.
